• Final report of the 5 year evaluation of the implementation of strengths/needs based practice. Examines longitudinal data (at 3, 7, and 12 months from case opening) of cases from Phase I - Phase III branches. Initial sample consisted of 148 cases, 98 of which were followed to case closing or to 12 months. In addition to examining the degree of implementation of S/NB practice, the report includes findings related to various outcomes, including permanency, positive change in family, length of time in placement, etc., as well as the relationship of various aspects of practice to outcomes.
